Nightyard Costumes started with a simple observation: the funniest costumes at any Halloween party are usually the ones that look like they shouldn't fit through a doorway. Inflatable costumes do exactly that, and they do it without a single complicated strap.

So we kept our catalog small on purpose. Right now the shop carries four inflatable costumes: an adult dinosaur, a ride-on alien, a kids' dinosaur, and a ride-on unicorn. Each one is chosen because it works the same way — step in, tighten the waist, switch on the blower, and go.

The materials matter more than they look. Every costume here is made from high-strength waterproof polyester with stitching meant to resist rips and tears, because a costume that deflates mid-party is not funny.

Sizing is where most inflatable costumes go wrong, so we publish the height ranges plainly. Adult dinosaur and unicorn costumes come in a 72-inch option for wearers around 5.5 to 6.2 feet, with a 63-inch dinosaur option for 5 to 5.5 feet. The kids' dinosaur comes in 36, 48, and 55 inches.

Power is simple too. Each costume uses a blower run by 4 AA batteries, which are not included. The battery pack goes in the pocket built for it — that detail keeps things safe and keeps the costume inflated.
